Below are some common questions about the Venty Fan.
What is the size, weight of the Venty fan?
The Venty Fan is 8 inches in diameter, folds to 3 inches and extends over 3 feet. It weighs 2.5 lbs.
Is this the same fan that I saw on Kickstarter?
Yes it is! - We launched in 2020 on Kickstarter and in the last 4 years have become the top selling portable folding fan with sales in over 50 countries!
What is the warranty on the fan?
1 Year Support & Replacements and Full Product Refund within 30 days.
Does the battery really last 2 full days per charge?
Yes! Make sure you are charging it with a single port charging head. It will last over 48+ hours on the low setting fully charged.
Does the fan oscillate?
Yes, the Venty Fan oscillates 120 degrees.

Shipping
Below are some common questions about shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we ship within the US, UK, Australia, and Singapore.
How long does delivery take?
Within the US about 3 - 4 business days. In the UK, Australia and Singapore, up to about a week.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering which can be tracked within 24 hours after ordering on the "track my order" tab from our dropdown menu.
Where will my package ship from?
If you are a US customer, your order ships locally within the US. We use 20 different warehouses throughout the US to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Returns

How long after ordering can I return my product?
You have up to 30 days after receiving it to start a return. For more information check out return policy.

How long after my return will I be refunded?
After receiving your return, we will check to ensure the item included all accessories and you will typically see the refund posted within a week after the return.
